  • Is there a minimum?

    Yes, we have a four-hour minimum

  • Do you clean on weekends?

    Only for commercial cleans.

  • Do you bring your own supplies?

    Yes, unless there are allergies in the home, in which we are happy to use your products.

  • Can I have you come in and do just a few areas?

    No, we do not divide houses into separate sections. In our experience, this approach often leads to oversights, missed areas, and ultimately customer dissatisfaction.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5 pm

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    PayPal, Venmo, cash, or Zelle

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, for deep cleans only, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • How do I prepare my home before your arrival?

    We do not tidy homes. Clothes, toys, dishes, and personal items need to be picked up and put away before our arrival.

  • Do I have to be gone during the cleaning?

    No, you do not. We will coordinate an efficient approach to work around you if you are working from home or present during the cleaning.
